Week 2 - settled in- up & running

Sorting out the office, going through the files, checking out the BMS Morning inspections and getting into routines was the order of the day. Then the real work started. PPM's and filter changing the weekend. Checking fan belts, motors, and vacum AHU chambers. All in a days work, more photo's here.

Week 1 - CARPE DIEM- The stage has been set

The 3rd March 2008 and we started. Induction and orientation. Bill and Michael spent the first week looking around, meeting everybody and a general tour of the plant-rooms was done on a walk-about. A tour from the basement, with the Boilers, pumps AHU and calorifiers. Hot and cold water systems. Then through the floors looking at miscellaneous plant and ending up on the roof, looking at the Chillers, extract fans and lift motor rooms. Photo's taken in the main conference centre at the end of our first week. Here we are, just after checking the AHU and temperatures for the client......................
